Note to Recruiters - this is how we roll :-)

First off, we are not anti-recruiter! We are however very keen to avoid getting bombarded with unnecessary calls. If you are good at your job we would like to work with you… however to make both our lives a lot easier please make note of the following:

The golden rule: Please under no circumstances are you to ever call us unsolicited. It doesn’t matter who you know & how long you have known them, nor is it relevant who you have worked for in the past. NB: Do not consider receiving an “auto-reply”as solicitation.

All the positions we are planning to recruit for over the next 3 months can be found on this page - there are no other hires.

In the event that you have a candidate that you believe to be suitable for one of these roles feel free to sent their CV into hello@media-science.com. We will always respect the confidentiality of your candidate. In the event that we are interested in your candidate, we will get in touch with you. If you do not hear from us, please assume we are not interested. If we think you have done a good job understanding our requirement we will provide you with feedback on the candidates that you have provided that are not quite right….
Please do not send us CVs of candidates who do not fit the profile of any of the roles listed on this page. We will block your emails if we feel you are not reading the specifications properly.

We will never work on an exclusive or a retained basis.

We will not ever sign any Terms & Conditions- please treat this web page as our contract. Regardless of whether you attach your own terms to your email, by sending us CVs you are tacitly accepting our terms. If you do not like these terms then please do not submit any candidates to us.

We will always hire the best candidate and will not prejudice a candidate on the basis that they have come via a recruiter.

We will pay 10% Y1 basic salary except for roles marked with a * where we will pay 15% (no consideration of Bonus/Commission/Options etc) to a cap of £10k within 30 days of contract signing. If we hire a candidate you have introduced us to for a non-similar role within 6 months of your introduction then we will pay you 50% rate expected for the original hire.

If the candidate leaves within 30 days we will pay you 25% fee. If the candidate leaves within 60 days you will refund us 50% fee and within 90 days 25%.

If you do not like any of these terms then please do not submit any candidates to us.

It may sound from the above that we are a pain to work with. We aren’t. In all seriousness we are probably the easiest client you will come across… we know what we want, make decisions quickly and are timely payers. If all clients were like us, think how low your phone bill would be
